Port Byron CSD uses mCLASS as a diagnostic tool with all students K-6 three times per year. Powered by DIBELS^® 8th Edition, this tool offers teacher-administered literacy assessments and intervention for grades K–6.

We use mCLASS, to ensure our students are getting the best the Science of Reading has to offer. The assessments have been built on decades of research in curriculum-based measurement science, delivering a proven approach that screens for at-risk students and provides deep insight into individual students’ reading development.
